Endeavor Air

Tracing money from parent CWA to the CWA-AFA sector to the visible Endeavor MEC and local layers.

Quick Read

Filing Map

Endeavor has to be read in layers. Parent CWA is the upstream dues layer. The CWA-AFA sector LM-2 is the clearest public source for visible Endeavor affiliate funding. The standalone Endeavor MEC LM-3 adds a carrier-level spending signal, while the elections record shows multiple active local councils.

Standalone MEC and LEC Filing Lookback

Visible CWA-AFA Sector Funding

These are visible CWA-AFA sector allocations to Endeavor-identified affiliates. They are not, by themselves, a complete measure of all bargaining, legal, administrative, or parent-supported service delivered to the property.

What the Visible Direct Local Share Means

This metric measures the percentage of visible Endeavor-specific CWA-AFA sector funding that went directly to named Endeavor LECs rather than to the Endeavor MEC.

Formula: direct named Endeavor LEC funding ÷ total visible Endeavor-specific CWA-AFA sector funding.

Treat this as a floor, not a complete service measure. It captures only direct Endeavor-specific CWA-AFA sector funding lines that are publicly visible on the sector LM-2.

Most Recent Verified MEC Filing Signal

The verified FY ending 05/31/2024 Endeavor MEC LM-3 reports 1,367 members, $123,270 in total receipts, and $123,270 in total disbursements. It also reports $57,496 in disbursements to officers, $30,441 to employees, $32,603 in office and administrative expense, and $2,730 in professional fees.

That is a much stronger carrier-level visibility signal than we have for many newer carriers.

Local Representation Visibility

Endeavor’s local structure is visible through the CWA-AFA elections site, which shows active councils for Council 45 JFK/LGA, Council 46 DTW/RDU, and Council 49 ATL. Those pages show current or recent officer election activity, reinforcing that the local layer is active even where separate local DOL filings have not yet been independently matched here.

Interpretive Caution

Endeavor is one of the better CWA-AFA comparators because the public record shows all three layers more clearly than many other carriers: parent CWA, sector allocation, and a standalone carrier MEC filing. Even so, the visible local-dollar measure is still only a floor, because some services may remain embedded in upstream sector support or other non-itemized structures.
