Status Summary
Republic’s October 29 results newly reported third-quarter progress integrating maintenance and supply-chain functions and continued work on operational workstreams toward a single operating certificate. The release also said Mesa’s operations center had moved to Carmel; that relocation was already documented in the September 1 NMB decision and is not a new October 24–30 event. Management expected the integration process to conclude in the first half of 2028; that forecast is not an FAA certification or a Flight Attendant contract-implementation date.
The October 30 Form 10-Q separately records integration costs for aircraft-maintenance bridging and standardization of crew training. It does not identify which crafts those training costs cover or establish that every Flight Attendant contract provision, seniority application, or operating procedure has been implemented.
Integration Dashboard
- The October 13 NMB order remains the governing representation milestone: IBT’s certification covers the combined Flight Attendant craft or class, CWA-AFA’s former Mesa certification was extinguished, and R-7690 was closed. This was not a contested representation election.
- The September 1 NMB decision records January 22 JCBA ratification and April 21 presentation of the integrated seniority list. It also describes continuing contract implementation; presentation of a list does not demonstrate its use in every bid, base or assignment.
- The October 30 filing’s training-cost disclosure is operational and financial evidence, not a craft-specific training-completion notice. The filing describes the aviation campus’s comprehensive training role as conditional on full integration with Mesa operations.
- No new dated primary-source notice closing Flight Attendant implementation or confirming execution of the scheduled October 12 pay step was identified in the bounded October 24–30 review. That finding does not establish that private implementation or member-service activity stopped.
CrewSignal Watch Points
- Which dated notices establish remaining Flight Attendant reserve, scheduling, payroll, training, benefit and uniform transitions for each legacy group?
- How is the integrated seniority list being applied to bidding, bases and assignments, and what exceptions remain?
- What public evidence confirms execution of the October 12 pay step and post-certification IBT grievance and steward arrangements?
- Which FAA approvals and dated operating milestones will establish actual progress against management’s 2028 integration forecast?
